The course consists of the new Study Manual (which is available separately – please contact CITC for details) and the Exam.
On-Campus exams are written at the Vancouver, Surrey and Kelowna campuses of the Tourism Training Institute.
Off-Campus exams are written at a chosen location, with a proctor who meets CITC’s guidelines.
In either location, you have the choice between the online or pen & paper format.
The fee for the exam is as follows:

$65.00 + GST ($69.55) for the exam plus $30.00 + GST ($32.10) for courier fees. Please note that the courier fee is paid per sitting, not per agent. |
Both formats are exactly the same and consist of 50 multiple-choice questions. Candidates are allowed 90 minutes to complete the exam. The pass mark is 70%.
