CITC webinars offer the convenience
of learning in the comfort of your agency or office. We send you a link so you can view the presentation. For most webinars participants may listen on their computer speakers or they will have the option to listen over the telephone, using a Toll-Free. Each presentation includes a short Question & Answer opportunity at the
end, as well as an opportunity to email questions to the speaker, after the presentation.

CITC's archives includes a number of past skill-building presentations that you can order for your personal or agency training centre. Each 'kit; includes a CD with the audio version of the presentation (recorded during the actual tele-seminar) and the visuals, in both Power Point and PDF formats..
