Four levels of membership
 Our
3,000 members include Full
Members , Affiliate Members
. General Members and Student Members, all of whom
have met the requirements for each
membership category CITC's membership consists of:
- 2000 Full members, defined as members who have attained their Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) designation
- 100 Retired or Inactive members who are taking a leave of absence from active participation in the industry – but wish to retain the use of their designation
- 100 Affiliate members who are currently not enrolled in a Certification program
- 150 General Members who are completing a Certification program or subscribe to Communiversity
- 350 Student Members, enrolled in travel
& tourism programs throughout the country
- 31 Honorary Members, who have been recognized by the Institute for their outstanding contribution.
